Update: Covid-19

A message from our Director:

Peter Fisher Real Estate is still open and while we do expect some temporary changes in the way we conduct business this will not affect our quality of service.

We are also doing our part to prevent the spread of Covid-19 and so we ask you to please consider the following when visiting our workplace, conducting business off site or at the inspections.

Please help to protect our team members, our other customers and the greater community so we can continue to provide our high standard of service and help reduce the rate of spread. The sooner we all do this the sooner the country will get back on its feet.

To reduce the spread of COVID-19 we will conduct our vacant property process as follows:

If you have any of the following symptoms, please do not come into our office or to inspections

  • Fever
  • Flu like symptoms – coughing, sore throat, fatigue
  • Shortness of breath

If we have an appointment with you, please phone the office to let us know.

Please practice good hygiene and please use hand sanitiser where provided. Please also cover your mouth and nose with a tissue when coughing or sneezing and dispose of the tissue in a closed bin and wash or disinfect your hands. Avoid touching your eyes, nose and mouth.

Practice social distancing and maintain a distance of 1.5m from others including our team members whenever possible.

Please note when and where possible, I have asked that our team conduct some of their work from home to reduce the risk of infection. With today’s technology we expect the quality of our service to be maintained however I would be happy to hear from you if you feel this is not the case.

Rentals

To help reduce contact when applying for rental properties please consider the following-

  • Tenant application forms are available on pfisher.com.au and completed applications can be emailed to info@pfisher.com.au
  • Tenancy documentation can be signed online via docusign.com. Links will be sent to you
  • When approved, the bond, holding deposit and rent can be paid via online banking
  • We can meet you at the property for key handover on move in day
  • Your entry condition report can be emailed to you when you move in

Should you need contact us we are still available via phone on 02 6363 1000

Sales

We have put in place some safety measures around inspections and open homes.

It is still possible to inspect properties for sale at this stage. If you would like to inspect a property, please contact the Listing Agent directly who will make a time with you.

Our Agents have planned to be doing inspections on Saturdays at this stage, however all attendees will be booked in beforehand and numbers will be limited at each inspection. This will be at the Agent’s discretion and they will be as accommodating as they can to try and ensure all interested buyers are able to look at a property.

Again, we would ask that anyone attending inspections follow the recommended social distancing and hygiene practices during each inspection. Please also respect that you are in someone’s home that could be particularly vulnerable, eg elderly or with underlying health conditions, and avoid touching as many surfaces as possible while in the home.

We thank you in advance for your co-operation in these trying conditions.

Best wishes

Hunter Ridley

Director
